A hands-on IT support role combining field-based support, remote troubleshooting, help desk duties, and project work.
You’ll work closely with the founder, a senior engineer, and trusted contractors. Support is always available, and issues can be escalated when needed.
On-site and remote IT support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks
Fix non-booting machines
Support Windows and Apple Mac systems
Assist with upgrades and migrations
Manage tickets and documentation
1+ year IT support or help desk experience
IT qualification (apprenticeship or degree)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer service
Microsoft certifications
CompTIA A+
Apple Mac support experience
Cybersecurity knowledge
Microsoft 365 experience
£28,000 salary
6-month performance bonus
45p per mile mileage
